Though slightly graphic and one could argue distasteful, this bitstrip is depicting a federal agent holding the bill of rights that have been smeared in excrement saying "thats how he feels about the bill of rights." I had actually recently seen "Harold and Kumar escape from Guantanamo Bay" and I had gotten the idea from there. In the movie, these 2 character had been detained by Homeland security and had pleaded the fifth amendment. The federal agent then requests that a copy of the bill or rights is found which he then shows in his way how he felt about the bill of rights in regards to what he called terrorists. Though no excrement was involved, the way Marcus was treated by the DHS when he refused to unlock his phone was very similar.
