Tom Allen - Research Hypertext

For my research hypertext, I am going to explain the world of competitive surfing. Specifically, I will discuss the most prestigious league of competitive surfing, the Association of Surfing Professionals (ASP). In the hypertext I will examine each specific wave that surfers travel to throughout the season and the contests that come along with it. I will run profiles on the most accomplished surfers within the association and their accomplishments. Another aspect I will examine is the way in which surfers earn their place in the league and the extensive process that they must go through to work their way up through the ranks. Lastly, I will discuss the most prestigious awards given by the ASP.
