My comic depicts two familiar dictators from the 20th century, and has them in a very modern setting. It touches on a very prominent element in Little Brother: hacking. I felt like I could create an amusing situation by turning two very serious and controversial figures in history into completely different situations that they would typically be found. I introduce the topic of “hacking” and attempt to make references to a few memes. Chairman M40’s name is L337 as well, referencing w1n5t0n from Little Brother. The way that the two characters is also much more modern and informal, which is the opposite of what would be expected from such serious figures.
