COMIC STRIP

I created this comic in response to chapters 6-10 in which Marcus makes the ultimate decision to attack the DHS. After finishing the reading i remembered the quote "Why do we kill people, who kill people, to show that killing people is wrong?" We can often back up our own actions into believing that what we do is the right thing. I found it interesting that Marcus had convinced himself that what he was doing was right. And in observing the atrocities committed by other he ultimately believes that what he was doing was beneficial to his city when, in fact, what he is doing is exactly what terrorists' do. These beliefs are surely also felt by other terrorists who also display an ignorance of what will truly benefit their society. These "mindsets" can cause many problems throughout society and lead to regrettable acts due to the power they display over an individual.
